Charles Wang and Garth Snow have decided that goaltender Rick DiPietro will never leave the island. In fact, DiPietro likely has a clause to take over in year 10 as coach.The New York Islanders are set to announce that they have signed DiPietro to a 15-year, $67.5 million contract. DiPietro's contract is in line with the large, wasteful contract that Alexi Yashin was awarded.
